Beta access terms

These terms describe the Authos monthly beta offer sold by Authority Figures LLC. Please review them before paying. For questions, contact info@authority-figures.com.

Monthly beta access

Founding membership is $59/month, compared with the standard $99/month price. Prices are in US dollars. The full Authos workspace is included. Your founding rate remains fixed while your subscription stays active.

Your first month and renewals

Your first monthly payment is collected at checkout. For purchases before launch, it covers 5 October–4 November 2026, with the next payment on 5 November. If you join after launch, your first month begins when you join and your next payment is one calendar month later. For dates that do not exist in the next month, billing falls on the last day of that month. Your renewal date is shown on the pricing page and payment confirmation.

Beta access opens on 5 October 2026. We will personally reach out at your checkout email for onboarding. Your membership renews automatically each month at your agreed rate until cancelled. Paying before launch does not provide immediate access, and there is no additional setup fee.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no annual commitment. To cancel future renewals, contact info@authority-figures.com before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access for the month you have paid for. If you cancel and later rejoin, the rate available then applies.

After beta access opens, try Authos in your business. If it is not right for you, contact us to request a full refund of your initial beta payment. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Joining the beta

Payment secures your beta access and founding rate. An email-list signup is for updates only.

Earlier prepaid reservations

Existing monthly purchases retain the access and renewal dates agreed at checkout. This offer does not bring forward charges on an earlier reservation.

If you purchased the earlier 12-month founding offer, your original purchase terms continue to apply, including your prepaid access period, refund terms and any included onboarding call. This monthly offer does not convert or automatically renew that earlier purchase.

Using Authos

LinkedIn sync requires desktop Chrome, the Authos Chrome extension and a connected LinkedIn account. Keep Chrome and the extension running for sync. You review and approve outbound posts and messages. You are responsible for the content you approve and for complying with the rules of services you connect.

Product demonstrations and results

The landing-page walkthrough illustrates Authos workflows. Inbox and outreach examples use fictional sample people and conversations. Authos helps organize and prepare your work; purchasing access does not guarantee clients, revenue, reach or any particular business outcome.
